This is a unique process that involves photography and a chemical reaction. We use an image of your custom design transferring it from a photographic negative onto a brass metal plate. This process takes place using an acid reaction to etch the design onto the metal plate. Next, we apply enamel colors by hand into the groves created by the acids and fire the pins at a very high temperature. Additionally, we add an epoxy coating to protect the pin's surface if desired.
